| Biography: |
Irvin has been the top backup at center for the last three years at Idaho. The redshirt junior is backing up one of the most durable linemen on the Vandal line (Adam Korby, who hasn't missed a start in three years at Idaho), but Irvin did get some reps during the 2007 season.
Irvin will be expected to push Korby for the starting job all season and be poised to take over the starting job in 2009.
