Arrived at WSU with 4 to play 3 at WSU as a full qualifier out of high school who went the junior college route. Played left tackle for Fullerton College his freshman year, where he was named all-conference in 2004.
Key performer in La Habra High's consecutive division crowns his senior and junior seasons.
Fullerton coach Gene Murphy: "He can move his feet, I'm not too sure he couldn't play defense. He's intelligent and he's got a semi-mean streak about him. He just turned 18 and his growth potential -- he can be humongous."
2003: As a prep senior, duplicated his junior performance in being named to first
team all-league and second team All-CIF. An all-area & All Southern Section. Selected to the 605 and the North/South All-Star Teams.
2002: Junior Year: first team all-league, second team All-CIF, all-area & All Southern Section.
