ROBB AKEY's vision for the Vandals' offense includes an air filled with footballs aplenty -- and then plenty of silver and gold showstoppers to take them to the house. One of those Idaho hopes will in February sign his John Hancock on a silver and gold Letter-of-Intent is an athletic, 6-2, 195-pound playmaker out of Las Vegas -- the Vandals recently offered the lad a full ride scholarship.
