Shiloh Keo sets Idaho punt return record

Congratulations to University of Idaho sophomore strong safety SHILOH KEO, who has also started as Idaho's top punt returner this season. Despite the loss to Northern Illinois this afternoon, he sprinted into the Vandal record books when he exploded for a 100-yard second quarter punt return for a touchdown.

As stated by Shiloh Keo in the media post game, the Vandal punt return unit blocked for the return perfectly, leaving just one defender for Keo to beat on the return. Keo took the ball coast-to-coast to record a 100 yard punt return against Northern Illinois.

The return came just before halftime, cutting NIU's lead down to 35-14 and sparking a second-half Idaho come-back effort that fell 7-points and 17 yards short of tying the game on Idaho's last possession in the 42-35 loss.
